Matthew 11
1 When Jesus had finished instructing his twelve disciples, he went on from there to teach and preach in their cities.

Matthew had started to tell us how Jesus went about preaching everywhere in chapter 9, but he took the time to tell us how He commissioned the twelve. We now rejoin the itinerant Jesus.
Matthew 9:35And Jesus went throughout all the cities and villages, teaching in their synagogues and proclaiming the gospel of the kingdom and healing every disease and every affliction.
